Before and After #13: Storytelling
In this example, I used the graphic design concept of storytelling to show students how to properly put together a flute. This is a common difficulty I encounter in my classes as beginning instrumental students often struggle with learning how to properly put an instrument together. In this visual design example, I used complementary colors that make the text easy to read. The pictures use arrows to demonstrate proper directions of movement. Since most people in my class are familiar with the concept of reading left to right, I used the same common flow pattern in this design.
